The Unfolding By Betty Crabtree

In the KJV book of Philippians, Paul the Apostle began his letter by saying “To all the saints in Christ Jesus..grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ”. Then in verse 6 he told them, “being confident of this very thing, that He Who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ”. He repeated the same words of encouragement.
Hebrews 13;20-21 “Now may the God of peace Who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work you do. His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ to Whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen”. Remember in chapter 1;6? He is faithful to fulfill His word! I am glad! Not meaning to sound irreverent but I say “go for ti Lord, do whatever You will in my life”!
Then in chapter 3;20-21 we read, “For our citizenship is in Heaven, from which wears eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ Who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.” So as it says in the Message Bible, “Celebrate God all day, everyday, revel in Him!” And further on, Paul says, “Don’t fret or worry, pray, let God know your concerns (He knows but we need to recognize them).” Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious- the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly, things to praise.
