Donald Ray Lutes,

    Donald Ray Lutes, widower of Ann Francis Lucas Lutes and son of the late Christopher and Dorothy Mae Shoemaker Lutes was born in Lee County, Kentucky on December 11,

1942 and departed this life at his home in Rogers, Kentucky on May 31, 2025 at the age of 82 years, 5 months, and 20 days.

   He was a veteran of the United States Army, a former Corrections Officers at Lee Adjustment Center, and a member of the Tar Ridge Church of God.

    He leaves behind one daughter, Rhonda Morgan and one son, Robert Lutes both of Rogers, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Tiffany Lutes Tennant, Christopher Wilson, Caleb Spencer, and Terri Lynn Spencer Kingrey; six great- grandchildren; two sisters, Linda Lucas of Louisville, Kentucky and Mamie Cundiff of Beattyville, Kentucky; and a host of other relatives and friends.

   In addition to his wife and parents, Donald was preceded in death by one sister, Wilma Seale. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
