Inmate that Escaped in May is Found and Arrested June 11th

On May 30, 2025, that Jeffrey Harrison, 43, of Lexington, KY, was inadvertently released after falsely identifying himself as his brother, who was scheduled for release. His release was not discovered until jail staff conducted roll call last night. He was released from Three Forks Regional Jail

KSP said Harrison was serving a sentence for first-degree promoting contraband in Lee County. Jail records show he was charged with failure to appear in court in Estill County.

According to the Fayette County Detention Center (FCDC), Jeffrey Harrison was arrested and lodged in the the detention center on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
